New Foundations is a small NGO  that deliberately seeks to operate at a local level in the communities where its projects are based.

Our funding comes from individuals in the main who share our vision for a direct hands on approach. We receive resourcing and some financial assistance from those we work with. Community investment helps towards ownership and success.

We receive support from Churches and Charitable trusts. Aid to Hospitals Worldwide

have been crucially helpful in sourcing equipment for the clinic.  We also value the support of  John Holt plc of Liverpool and Nigeria for their help with transport and logistics for the boats.

We also value any skill sharing and specialist help in developing the projects, and would be delighted to hear from you.

There are several ways of supporting us , directly, by cheque or via these secure easy on-line methods, the first an ideal forum to create a personal fundraising blog for a specific objective, a sponsored walk, run or challenge.

Even if you can give just £2-£5 a month this regular donation allows us to budget more efficiently, and better plan future programs.

£5 will pay for:

  • seven patients to be treated
  • 10 children to be vaccinated against measles, tetanus, polio and given Vitamin A
  • over twelve months 3 people will receive sight
  • Just 80p can provide an antimalarial injection that saves a childs life
  • three treated mosquito nets for children

All money goes to the programs - we have NO paid administrative staff
